You all know I recently completed the 35 Day Challenge at Jazzercise. It was rewarding (I love the tank!) but definitely took a toll on my body and workout clothes.

I should have published this earlier but never got around to it (probably because I was at Jazzercise). Here’s 10 signs you’re doing the 35 Day Challenge.

  1. You have to ration your good sports bras and hope on certain days the instructor doesn’t have a lot of jumping in her set.
  2. You run out of workout socks. You think wearing a different type of sock won’t make a difference. You find out you’re wrong.
  3. Approximately 75% of your laundry is workout clothes.
  4. Your legs are sore and have been for the past three weeks. It’s your new normal.
  5. Same for your arms and core.
  6. You spend time trying to determine which instructor and what routine made each part of your body sore.
  7. Your husband has given up suggesting you should take the day off.
  8. And wisely keeps his mouth shut when you complain about how sore you are.
  9. You plan your week around your Jazzercise schedule.
  10. At your 30th class, you put your shirt on right away over your other top. Then you wear it to your next class. There’s a good possibility you’ll wear it to every class for the next month. But hey, you earned it!

    Your husband knows to bring you the ice pack in the morning with your coffee by the 15th class!! 🙂

    I am wearing my “Too Fit” shirt right now and I love this list! ? Nothing makes you feel strong like working towards a challenge and finishing it!! Thanks for your help also in helping me get those classes!

    I can relate to all of the above! Also … I had to go to church on Saturdays just to make the class on Sunday! I think my dog got fatter because of the lack of exercise and dog bones given to her because of feeling guilty before I left for class. My car had an excess of unfinished water bottles! The best… Seeing people I usually don’t see at a different class and then they ask me ” are you new to Jazzercise ?” I love my Jazzercise!!

      Lol that’s too funny! And yes, the water bottles! I had a collection all over the kitchen counter.
