Hi, I’m Kaci, a 25 year old living in Colorado. I’m currently a Master’s of Public Health student at Colorado School of Public Health. My concentration is in Physical Activity and Healthy Lifestyles but will be changing soon to Public Health Nutrition with dual enrollment in a RD program. This will hopefully allow me to become a registered dietitian in the near future. My goal is to one day have my own nutrition counseling and personal training practice. I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, ACE-certified group fitness instructor, and Jazzercise instructor. I also love running and yoga.

My philosophy is that healthy living should be enjoyable and shouldn’t get in the way of life. I eat healthy most the time and enjoy treats when I want. I exercise nearly every day; it’s usually one of my favorite parts of the day because I enjoy the workouts I do.

I have a wonderful husband, Ryan, and two goofy dogs.

I use this blog primarily as a journal for myself and to keep my family up-to-date with my life. I also hope it inspires others to make healthier choices and show that eating healthy and exercising doesn’t have to be complicated or a chore. Thanks for joining me in my little corner of the internet!
